2008: Notched a victory at the Strawberry Plains Half Marathon with a time of 1:09:14...Won the Alcoa Spring Sprint 5K with a course record setting time of 15:07...Set another course record winning the Dogwood Classic 5K in a road personal best time of 14:42.
2007: Won the Kiawah Half Marathon in a PR time of 1:08:52.
College: Won the 10,000m at the 2007 Sea Ray Relays running a personal best time of 29:46, the first Vol to win the event since 1997...Set a regional qualifying time and a track PR of 14:03 at the 2007 Penn Relays finishing 7th in the championship section.
High School: Individual Tennessee state cross-country champion in 1998 and 2001...Also holds two individual state titles in track in the 1600 and 3200 while at Farragut.
