2005: Was first in his age group at the Mercedes Half Marathon with a time of 1:41:00.
2000: Ran the Boston Marathon in a time of 3:41:37.
1999: Qualified for Boston with a personal best time of 3:32:00 at Twin Cities.
Miscellaneous: Started running competitively in the fall of 2005 and approaching 300 races since then...Placed in the top 10 in the KTC Grand Prix in 2001, 2004, 2005, and 2006.
