2007: Won the Joe Johnson 10k with a time of 33:22...Defended the team title at the Wauhatchie Trail Race with teammate/brother Daniel...Set a road mile PR of 4:34 by winning the Market Street Mile.
2006: Won the Haiti 4-Miler in Oak Ridge with a course record and personal best time of 20:37...Set a PR of 15:20 at the Dogwood 5k...Finished 11th overall in a competitive field of elite athletes at the Shamrock Festival 8k in Virginia Beach...Clocked another PR of 25:22 at the Sports Barn Turkey Trot 8k.
