2008: Kicked off the year with two big wins at the Calhoun's 10-Miler and the Strawberry Plains 10k where she PR'd in both events running times of 1:05:25 and 38:35 respectively...Set a personal best in the 3000 in her debut race on the oval running a 10:55 at the Niswonger Indoor Invitational...Won the Ribbon Run 5k setting a new PR of 18:20...Overall female champion for the KTC's Treadin Troddin Trails Race Series, which is a series of seven off-road races throughout the year.
2007: Tallied six overall victories including the Wears Valley 15k and the Race for the Cure 5k in Greenville, SC... Won Ruby Tuesday Triple Crown Race Series.
College: Played volleyball and pole-vaulted for the track team while at Hendrix...Finished 2nd in the pole-vault at her conference championship meet in 2002.
Miscellaneous: Just completed her PhD in Organizational/Industrial Psychology at the University of Tennessee.
