2008: Got his first overall win at the Alpharetta Half Marathon running a 1:23:52, smashing his old PR...Qualified for the Boston Marathon running a 3:05:35 at the Cincinnati Flying Pig, his first marathon.
2007: Ran a PR of 17:32 at the Buddy's 5k...Mile PR of 4:54 came during a time trial at Tom Black Track.
College: Pole-vaulted and threw javelin while at King College.
High School: All-Conference in the 4x400, pole-vault, and decathlon in 2004 & 05 while at Morristown West High.
Miscellaneous: Started competing in triathlons in 2007 and has two 3rd place overall finishes since...Currently training to compete in his first Full Ironman Triathlon in November.
