2008: Defended his title by winning the Strawberry Plains 10k with a PR of 33:14...Finished 10th in the Covenant Health Knoxville Half Marathon setting a new PR of 1:14:14.
2007: Won the Strawberry Plains 10k...Finished 2nd in his heat setting a PR of 9:04 in the 3000M at the Vanderbilt Track & Field Invitational...Competed in several triathlons and won the Springbrook Sprint...Ran a personal best of 26:30 at the Shamrock 8k in Virginia Beach.
2005: Set his Mile PR of 4:37.44 at the Niswonger Indoor Invitational...Ran a PR of 15:57 at the Guns N Hoses 5K.
2004: Won the 3000M in his track meet debut at the Tennessee Indoor Invitational.
Miscellaneous: Ranked 6th All-Time in the world in the Beer Mile with a time of 5:44.5 on his very first attempt.
