2007: Won the Blount Memorial Wellness 10k in Alcoa.
2006: Took the overall titles in the Greenways 5k and Karns 5k.
College: Finished in the top 25 at the 1989 NCAA Cross-Country Championships while running for UT...Was 6th overall in the 1989 NCAA Track & Field Championships in the 800m...SEC Champion in the 800m in 1990.
