2009: Won the Covenant Health Knoxville Marathon in a time of 3:03:21 leading the race from the gun and finishing two minutes clear of the runner-up...Overall champ at Dogwood 5k with a time of 18:14...Winner of Spring Fling Triple Crown.
2008: Finished 3rd in the Covenant Health Knoxville Marathon in a time of 3:07:29 setting a state age group record...Won the Dogwood 5k...Was the first masters in the Fifth Third River Bank 25k in Grand Rapids, Michigan...Won the Inaugural Rutledge Marathon posting a time of 3:11:42.
2007: Took the overall titles at 8 races including the New Year's Day 5k, Calhoun's 10-Miler, and Whitestone 30k. Placed 3rd in the Knoxville Half Marathon in a time of 1:28:48.
2006: Won the Wears Valley 15k and the Turkey Trot 5k.
High School: Member of the 1983 Farragut High School State Champion cross-country team.
