2008: Set a huge PR of 2:45:16 at the Covenant Health Knoxville Marathon placing 6th overall...Was part of the 32nd overall relay team at the Hood to Coast Relay in Oregon, which is the largest and most competitive team relay in the nation.
2004: Set a state age group record of 50:55 at the Millhouse Classic 15k.
College: Won the ECAC Indoor 4 x 800m title at Johns Hopkins in 1998...Set school records in the 4 x 800m relay and the indoor 1500m...Also holds the JHU school record in the Beer Mile.
High School: Was an All-State runner while at Jefferson Forest High School in the 800m and 4 x 800m relay.
Miscellaneous: Currently working towards his PhD in Biomechanics at the University of Tennessee...Serves as the head women's cross-country coach for the 2006 state championship program Webb High School.
